My goodness!!
yesterday kena BOOM by a guest!!
He called and said 'I want 'tow' the housekeeping staff forgot to put the 'tow'!!'
Then i said 'sorry sir, u mean towels izit?'
He said 'No!No!i need the 'tows'!!'
I was wondering what;s that..I ask him' Sir, u mean towels izit?'
U noe what he said tis time??goosh!! "can u pass me to someone can speak engliah?'
I was like~~!!eerss!!!okie. fine!
Then i iransfer his call to the reception.
after 2minutes,one of our receptionist came inside and ask me inform housekeeping staff that the guest wants 2 bath TOWELS!!!
Goosh!!!Now is who can't speak english??
He makes me feel so bad..
Even though i know my english not tat good,but i received the correct message what!!stupid!!!
